1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the website sawariyacargopackersmovers.com and our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

These terms apply solely to our domestic packing and moving services within Delhi, Gurgaon, and Noida.

2. Services

Sawariya Packers and Movers provides packing, moving, transportation, storage, and related relocation services. We are a domestic-only company and our services are available exclusively in:

• Delhi — all districts, areas, and localities
• Gurgaon — all sectors, DLF phases, and surrounding areas
• Noida — all sectors, Greater Noida, and Noida Extension

We also offer pan-India surface transport originating from Delhi NCR. Specific terms for each service will be agreed upon at the time of booking.

3. Business Scope & IATA License — Clarification

We are a domestic surface transport and packing company. Our business does not involve:

• International air freight or air cargo
• IATA-regulated shipments or bookings
• International customs clearance or export/import logistics
• Any services requiring an IATA (International Air Transport Association) license

Therefore, we do NOT hold and do NOT require an IATA license. We are not affiliated with IATA in any capacity. Our operations are governed solely by Indian domestic transport and business regulations.

This clarification is included to ensure full compliance with Google Ads verification requirements and to accurately represent our business to customers.

4. Booking and Quotation

• All quotations are provided free of charge
• Quotes are valid for 7 days from the date of issue
• Final pricing may vary based on actual goods, distance, and access conditions
• A written booking confirmation is required to confirm your move date

5. Cancellation Policy

• Cancellations made 48+ hours before the move date: Full refund of advance payment
• Cancellations made 24–48 hours before: 50% of advance payment will be retained
• Cancellations made less than 24 hours before: Advance payment is non-refundable

6. Insurance and Liability

All goods are covered by transit insurance. Claims for damaged or lost goods must be reported within 24 hours of delivery. Liability is limited to the declared value of goods as stated at the time of booking. We are not liable for:

• Pre-existing damage to items
• Damage to items packed by the customer
• Acts of God, natural disasters, or force majeure events
• Delays caused by traffic, weather, or government restrictions

7. Customer Responsibilities

• Ensure all items to be moved are declared at the time of survey
• Remove all valuable documents, jewelry, and cash before packing
• Ensure clear access to the property on the moving day
• Be present or have an authorized representative at the time of loading and delivery

8. Payment Terms

Payment is accepted by cash, NEFT/IMPS, UPI, debit/credit card. An advance payment may be required at the time of booking. Balance is due at the time of delivery.

9. Prohibited Items

We do not transport hazardous materials, explosives, illegal substances, live animals, or perishable food items.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Delhi.

11. Advertising & Google Ads Compliance

Our Google Ads campaigns are run exclusively for domestic packers & movers services in Delhi, Gurgaon, and Noida. We do not run ads for international moving, air freight, or any IATA-regulated services. We comply fully with Google Ads policies including business verification, accurate service descriptions, and landing page requirements.
