Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy explains how cancellations and refunds are handled for packing and moving services provided by Sawariya Cargo Packers And Movers.

1. Estimates Are Free

Requesting a quote by phone, WhatsApp or through the website does not create any financial obligation. You are free to compare options and decide without any charge for the estimate itself.

2. Cancellation by the Customer

If you have confirmed a booking and later need to cancel:

• Before packing materials are prepared or labour is mobilised: We will generally refund any advance paid, after deducting any non-refundable costs already incurred (if any).
• After materials have been prepared or the team has been scheduled: A portion of the advance may be retained to cover preparation and opportunity costs. The exact amount will be communicated based on the stage of work.
• On the day of the move after work has started: Charges for work already performed (packing, labour time, vehicle mobilisation) will apply. Remaining balance, if any, will be adjusted accordingly.

3. Rescheduling

We will try to accommodate reasonable rescheduling requests subject to vehicle and team availability. Multiple last-minute changes may attract additional coordination charges.

4. Cancellation by Us

In the rare event that we are unable to fulfil a confirmed booking due to circumstances beyond our control (vehicle breakdown, extreme weather, sudden unavailability), we will inform you promptly and refund any advance paid in full, or offer an alternative date if mutually acceptable.

5. Refund Process

Approved refunds will be processed through the same mode used for the original payment (or another mutually agreed method) within a reasonable period after the cancellation is confirmed. GST invoicing and any tax implications will be handled in accordance with applicable rules.

6. Non-Refundable Items

Costs already incurred for custom packing materials that cannot be reused, or third-party expenses committed on your behalf with your prior consent, may be non-refundable.
