These Terms and Conditions govern the use of the website sawariyacargopackersmovers.com and the packing and moving services offered by Sawariya Cargo Packers And Movers (Proprietor: Vinod Kumar). By contacting us or engaging our services, you agree to these terms.

1. Service Scope

We provide domestic packing and moving services by road within Delhi, Gurgaon (Gurugram), Noida and immediately adjoining areas in the National Capital Region. We do not offer:

• International relocation
• Air cargo or air freight
• Services requiring an IATA licence
• Courier or express parcel delivery

All services are limited to ground transportation of household and office goods on domestic routes.

2. Estimates and Bookings

Estimates provided by phone, WhatsApp or otherwise are based on the information you supply (volume, locations, packing needs). Final charges may vary if the actual volume, access conditions or requirements differ significantly from the information given. A booking is confirmed only when both parties agree on the scope, date and approximate charges.

3. Customer Responsibilities

• Provide accurate information about the goods to be moved and access conditions at origin and destination.
• Obtain any necessary permissions from housing societies, building management or local authorities for vehicle entry and loading/unloading.
• Declare any items of high value, fragile nature or special handling requirements in advance.
• Ensure prohibited, hazardous or illegal items are not included in the shipment.
• Be present (or arrange an authorised representative) at both origin and destination during packing, loading and delivery.

4. Packing and Handling

We use standard packing materials suitable for road transport. While we take reasonable care, certain risks are inherent in any physical move. Customers are advised to supervise packing of particularly valuable or sentimental items and to consider separate insurance for high-value goods if desired.

5. Payment

Payment terms will be communicated at the time of booking. We issue GST-compliant invoices where applicable under our GSTIN 06CIMPS4953C1Z0. Accepted modes of payment will be confirmed in advance.

6. Cancellation

If you need to cancel or reschedule a confirmed booking, please inform us as early as possible. Charges for packing materials already prepared or labour already mobilised may apply depending on the timing of cancellation. See our Refund Policy for related details.

7. Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the scope of services agreed. We are not responsible for delays caused by traffic, weather, society restrictions, or factors beyond our reasonable control. Claims for damage must be reported at the time of delivery or within a reasonable short period thereafter, with supporting details.

8. Website Use

Content on this website is provided for general information about our services. We strive for accuracy but do not guarantee that all information is complete or current at all times. Unauthorised use of website content is prohibited.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Gurugram, Haryana, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
